Large pan nets

Large pan net heads are designed to fit to our extending 'quick fit' rigid aluminium handles which extend from 6' to 12'. The handles can be used for other fittings such as hoover heads, brushes and leaf nets.

Weighing scales with safety net

It is vital to know the weight of any Koi to be treated with antibiotics in order to ensure correct dosing.  Checking growth rates can also be much more easily determined by checking weight rather than the length of Koi.  These hand held spring scales feature a dial indicator and attachment hook to secure the large weighing basket which can accommodate Koi up to 30" in length in complete safety. The basket is made of a perforated soft fabric which features a complete zipper to ensure the Koi cannot get free whilst being weighed.

These units are in our view, far better than any small cartridge based systems which only work well with very slow flow rates in order to achieve the necessary retention time.  These large units can be used at flow rates up to 3 gallons per minute and yet still are able to remove chlorine, Chloramine and other pond pollutants very efficiently.  Metals units can be added if required.  We have used these unit for many years in our own dealership and we can testify to their effectiveness when compared to cartridge based systems.

Uses a battery powered proximity sensor (PIR) to detect movement which activates a powerful jet of water emitted in a sweeping arc to deter birds, cats and other unwanted pond visitors.  Connects directly to your garden hose and can be plumbed permanently to effect excellent security for your koi.  Works for 6 months on 2 x penlight batteries.
