Gin Rin Shiro Utsuri 1 35 195.00 The metallic version of the Shiro Utsuri, metallic white pattern on a metallic black background - the Sumi is just developing and the white is very pure - very important with metallic versions which can often appear creamy. 2 year old
Shiro Utsuri 3 35 195.00 Clear white patterns on a jet black background.  A mature Shiro Utsuri shines almost like a good metallic Koi as the contrast can be so fabulous.  These are from the Omosako bloodline

Asagi 3 35 150.00  One of only two true blue varieties, the Asagi has a blue back and red belly with red in the fins when mature. The back has a reticulated pattern of scales which give a dappled impression. Super two year olds from Niigatas no 1 breeder.

Snow Asagi 3 35 150.00 A new variety for us, this version of the ever popular Asagi is Gin Rin, and white rather than grey, so as the red colour develops from the base of the belly upwards, to colour the fins, cheeks and flanks, the back develops a metallic light blue colour - still very rare but a sensational Koi when mature. These are 2 year olds

Kumonryu 5 30-35 150.00 The Kumonryu, or Dragon Koi, is Doitsu (no scales) and is a pure white Koi with a scalloped or striped jet black pattern which changes with water hardness, clarity and temperature. In our (usually) harder water than Japans, the black patterns develop quickly and within 4 - 6 weeks a Kumonryu that was purchased nearly all white can be transformed. These are excellent two year old females from Niigatas Kumonryu specialist breeder with snow white skins and Sumi patterns just beginning to develop.

Gin Rin Matsakawabake 2 25 150.00  

The Matsakawabake is a very old variety, related to the Hajiro and Kumonryu but is a Gin Rin scales versions.  This make the black and white patterns really sparkle so these Koi have real presence in any pond. Two year olds

Beni Kikokuryu 2 25 125.00  Top quality Beni Kikokuryus are very difficult to find - these young two year olds are very good examples of the type.  Fabulous metallic lustre and striking metallic black patterning especially round the head.

Doitsu Sanke 3 25 125.00  Fantastic small 2 year old Doitsu Sankes . Really vivid reds and already strong Sumi patterns on these two year olds. Its been another great breeding season for Doitsu Sanke and we had our choice from the very best.
